Board-Certified in Colon & Rectal Surgery, General Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care
Dr. Solomon David is a highly experienced, board-certified colorectal surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for a wide range of colon, rectal, and anal conditions. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (FASCRS) and a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. David earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed his General Surgery residency and a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Stony Brook University Hospital. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Louisiana State University. A member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society, Dr. David has presented at national and regional conferences, including the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
Before joining Colon and Rectal Surgery of New York, Dr. David served as Director of Surgical Quality at NYU Langone Long Island, where he was ranked #1 in patient satisfaction in his final quarter.
